The wee hours of this morning saw the annual Full Moon in the final degrees of intense Scorpio. The past week or so has seen a gradual increase in lots of melodrama. This particular Full Moon was a bit of a doozy, as the Sun was conjunct Venus in Taurus squaring Neptune and Saturn. Ideas of love, stability, commitment, and passion were all at odds, rendering hazy, unclear thinking and stubborn attitudes. There was a tendency to take small slights as grand gestures of betrayal. Full Moons mark and ending or final alteration for whatever sector is indicated by its placement. For Taurus’, for example, there may have been a final resolution to a relationship problem, whereas Capricorns may have seen some type of ending regarding friendship.

The good thing is that this energy dissipates as the day goes on: once the Moon enters Sagittarius and trines Mars in Leo, it’s time to break free, and nothing will stop you. The Sun’s entry into shrewd Gemini refuses to take part in any one else’s manipulation games and wants to just have some easy-going fun for a change for a change.
